The Sales State Head is responsible for managing the sales activities within a specific state, coordinating with zonal and regional managers, maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned state.

• Coordinate with zonal and regional managers to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

• Build a good team.

• Analyse market trends and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.

• Monitor performance and provide training and guidance to the sales team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree Or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales and team management. (Telecom/Fintech/FMCG).

• Excellent knowledge of the sales process and strategy development.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales plans.
